How to use a usb drive as ram

Commonly USB(Universal Serial Bus ) devices are used to transfer data's. We can use the USB as RAM(Random-access memory ) ,to increase the performance of the computer. This process is called ReadyBoost
ReadyBoost is a disk cache component of Microsoft Windows NT, first introduced with Microsoft's Windows Vista and supported in Windows 7 and Windows 8.ReadyBoost deals with free space available on the USB drives.
Many of them can't play big games on their computer because of thier less ram memory. This problem also can be solved by using USB flash drive as RAM

To use USB flash drive as RAM follow these steps.

Insert the USB drive in your computer.

Go to "My Computer", then right-click on the USB drive.

Go to "Properties"

Click on the "ReadyBoost" tab.

Select the option "Use this device".

Below "Space to reserve for system speed",the amount of memory that Windows
recommends is usually the best setting and should not be exceeded. (you can also
select the amount of memory that you wish to use for for the USB flash drive )

Click on "OK" Button to save your settings and exit.

Restart your computer.
